6 days Amazon Rainforest Tour

Reception at the Airport or Hotel in Iquitos, Transfer by car and then boat navigating the Amazon River and then Tahuayo river a trip of 3 hours and half  aproximately  to arrive to our jungle Lodge. Welcome drink of local fruits and distribution in your private Bungalow or Cabines

Upon arriving at the lodge lunch time

you will be welcomed with refreshments as your accommodations are prepared. Lunch is served at noon, and then there will be some time to relax and prepare things for the first day’s activities.

At 3:00 pm, the group will depart for a jungle walk to look for wildife  as monkeys, sloth, giant wáter lili pads

Dinner. After dinner, depart again to search for nocturnal wildlife such as Caiman, frogs, snakes  and enjoy the jungle symphony.

The second day of our trip starts early, at 5am. We will depart from the lodge at 5:30am on a motorized boat to a serene spot to watch the jungle waking up to a new sunrise. Afterwards we head back to the lodge for a hearty breakfast in preparation for our morning trek. During the walk, your jungle guide will share valuable knowledge about the Amazon. You will learn many interesting things, such as the medicinal plants of the Amazon, as well as all the insects that call it home. You’ll also have a chance to see many of the native wildlife, like Saki monkeys! Once the trek has been completed, it’s back to the lodge for lunch.

At 3pm our afternoon activities start. We’ll take a canoe to Várzea forest, an area flooded with many small channels and waterways. You’ll get a unique perspective of the Amazon, learning much about the flora and fauna found here. This is a good area for spotting wildlife like monkeys, sloths, and some birds. When we finish, it’s back to the lodge for dinner.)

Dinner time

Night Excursion to choose Jungle walk or exploration by boat or Canoeing, on the part of the passenger in coordination with your guide.

6:30 a.m.

Early morning wild exploration by boat, jungle walk, fishing of piranhas, oscar fish, sardins, catfish and others (optional for birdwatching) this activity includes breakfast on board in order to gain time exploring 5-6 hours all morning.

Lunch time.

Excursion by boat exploring lakes observation of the Hoatzin bird and the opportunity to observe the beautiful Amazon Sunset.

Dinner time.

Jungle walks for searching nocturnal wild animals like tarantulas, spiders, cane toads, smoky jungle frog, snakes, rodents, monkeys and others.

Breakfast time

Boat exploration and jungle walk for searching the prehistoric hoatzin birds, monkeys and other special

Lunch time

Excursion by boat searching birds, monkeys, sloths and more wildlife.

Dinner time

Night Excursion to choose on the part of the passenger in coordination with your guide.

Departure for going to camp deep in the jungle sleeping in tents (overnight there) where we will explore canoeing, walking, fishing, cayman spotting, and jungle sound symphony (full exploring) on this tour is included lunch and dinner.

Starting at 5:30 am (optional) we will board to observe the awakening of nature in the Tahuayo River, we leave early by boat to see the Amazonian sunrise to appreciate one of the unique and pleasant moments that the jungle offers us and birdwatching and then we come for breakfast

Breakfast , and then Jungle walk into the igapo forest to look for wildlife the howler monkeys, pygmy monkeys (the smallest monkey in amazon)  and owl monkeys and hike into this amazing hábitat to observe the Hoatzin bird and

Lunch 

The departure time is at 1: 30 pm  transfer to the airport or hotel
