Reconnect with yourself in the heart of the Amazon through an authentic
experience at Ayahuasca retreat 4 days 3 nights iquitos-peru, located within the Tamshiyacu–
Tahuayo Regional Conservation Area.

This retreat combines the wisdom of ancestral Amazonian traditions with the
tranquility of the rainforest, offering the ideal environment for physical, emotional,
mental, and spiritual healing.

During this program, as soon as you will participate in two traditional Ayahuasca
ceremonies led by an experienced Amazonian shaman, complemented by
integration sessions, guided meditation, breathwork, medicinal plant baths, clay
therapy, and nature-based activities designed to support your healing journey and
personal growth.

Day 1 – Welcome to Amazon Tahuayo Paradise

Arrival at the airport or pick-up from your hotel in the city of Iquitos.
Land transfer to Puerto Ganso Azul, where we will begin a scenic 3-hour and 30-
minute boat journey along the majestic Amazon River, followed by the Tahuayo
River, enjoying breathtaking landscapes and your first encounters in nature
Upon arrival at Amazon Tahuayo Paradise, you will be welcomed with a refreshing
welcome drink.
Check in to your room and enjoy some time to settle in.
Gourmet lunch prepared with fresh Amazonian ingredients.
In the afternoon, therefore we will enjoy an introductory jungle walk to begin connecting
with nature while observing the diverse flora and fauna in their natural habitat.
Later in the afternoon, you will attend an orientation session covering Amazonian
ancestral medicine, ceremony guidelines, dietary recommendations, and safety
instructions.
Light dinner in accordance with the recommended retreat diet as well.
First traditional Ayahuasca retreat 4 days 3 days, as well led by an experienced Amazonian
shaman.

Day 2 – Integration Retreat & Well-Being

Integration session to reflect on and better understand your experience from the
previous night’s ceremony.
Light breakfast.
Breathwork session.
Guided meditation.
Medicinal plant bath.
Natural clay therapy.
Gourmet lunch.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided interpretive rainforest walk where you will discover
giant trees, medicinal plants, and observe birds, monkeys, and other wildlife in
their natural habitat.
Free time for rest, reading, or personal reflection.
Light dinner following the recommended retreat diet.

Day 3 – Ayahuasca Healing & Deep Connection

Optional sunrise meditation.
Breakfast.
Guided rainforest excursion to discover the extraordinary biodiversity.

Gourmet lunch.
Free time for rest or personal integration.
In the evening, second traditional Ayahuasca
retreat, accompanied by the Amazonian shaman and his support team.

Day 4 – Retreat Closing

Free time to relax, therefore enjoy the rainforest, and say farewell to this unique natural
sanctuary.
Afterwards, we will begin our return journey by boat along the Tahuayo River and
the Amazon River to Puerto Ganso Azul, where our vehicle will be waiting to
transfer you to the airport or your hotel in the city of Iquitos.

Important Notice

To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, a pre-retreat health
assessment is required.
Individuals taking antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, antipsychotics,
mood stabilizers, cardiovascular medications, or any other medication that
may interact with Ayahuasca are not permitted to participate in the
ceremonies. Likewise, participants with certain medical or psychiatric conditions
must disclose their condition before confirming their reservation.
All participants are required to complete a health questionnaire before the retreat
begins. Amazon Tahuayo Paradise and the attending shaman reserve the right to
refuse participation if any medical condition could pose a risk to the participant or
the group.
